A lay ministry of support to persons who need a Christian, caring presence in the midst of difficult life situations. Different from professional counseling, Stephen Ministry is a ministry of presence, the offering of one’s heart and person to a fellow journeyer whose life situation calls for added care. Stephen Ministers receive fifty hours of training, and serve under the on-going supervision of our pastors.
