Youth Calendar - 2008

Tuesdays on the Town: Fun and Faith collide this Summer

Each Tuesday evening we’re going to hang out and have some fun. We’ll share a devotion and engage in a discussion that will be based on where we are that evening. **We will meet at the church and travel to the site together! I’m trying to arrange gatherings that are fairly low cost. If there is a financial issue that would keep you from coming, please let me know!

July 8 - National Mall, 6-9 PM
Notes: eat dinner before coming – bring money for a drink or ice cream

July 15 - National Zoo, 6-9 PM
Notes: Eat before coming - Bring money for ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery in Cleveland Park

July 22 - Strike Bethesda, 6-9 PM (dinner will be provided)
Cost: $15 (e-mail Jimmy or text him at 865-805-5373 and reserve your spot)

July 29 - Nationals Game vs. Philadelphia 6-11 PM (dinner at ballpark)
Cost: TBD (bring money to eat at the ballpark – also e-mail Jimmy or text him and reserve your spot)

August 5 - National Church (Metropolitan Memorial in case you don’t know)
Dinner will be provided

August 12- Washington National Cathedral, 6-9 PM
We will join the Compline (end of day) service at 7:45 PM
Please eat before arriving at the church – bring money for ice cream

August 26 - Pool Party at Palisades, 6-8:30 PM
Join us for our last Tuesday on the Town for the summer. If you need a ride, please meet at the church at 5:45 PM.
